LCD Soundsystem have a new album coming, will play St. Paul this fall

LCD Soundsystem is coming to the Twin Cities for the first time in seven years.

The group will play the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul on Nov. 9 as part of their world tour, in support of their reunion album American Dream.

Tickets for the St. Paul show go on sale Friday at 11 a.m. on Ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-745-3000. General admission main floor tickets will cost $50, while there are also $35 tickets available.

American Dream is the group’s first album in seven years, and will mark the band’s fourth full-length studio album, The Week says. It’s out Sept. 1.

The new album will include the previously-released tracks “Call the Police” (listen to it below) and “American Dream” – the band played both of them on Saturday Night Live last month, according to an email news release.
