Auggie 5000 has always dreamed of being in radio, and in 2008 he got his chance! He started his career with KNRJ in Phoenix, which was first an EDM station and quickly flipped to a classic hip-hop format. He rocked that part-time until 2010. Then in 2011, he was picked up by KKFR, the heritage hip-hop station in the city. It was there that he began to grow and did the night show and the afternoon show, along with weekends. There he got to endorse brands like Hennessy, and rock some clubs.
In 2014, he moved to KTFM San Antonio, a top 40 mainstream station. He did the night show, rocked clubs and endorsed local vaping stores and tattoo shops. He maintained top 5 in the market.
This year he got the opportunity of a lifetime to be a part of the amazing team at GO 95.3. He’s doing the night show and it is a fun, lifestyle driven show for people ages 18-30.
